PHOCUS, gevestigd in Nederland, is op zoek naar een Manager Payroll of Teamleider Salarisadministratie. In deze rol ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor een correcte salarisadministratie en werk je nauw samen met de HR of Finance Director.
Je bent ook de kartrekker voor HR/payroll gerelateerde projecten en maakt mogelijk deel uit van het MT. De exacte verantwoordelijkheden kunnen variëren afhankelijk van de organisatie. Er zijn mogelijkheden bij zowel nationale als internationale bedrijven.
