Vecht en IJssel zoekt een Teamleider om samen met de locatiemanager zorg en leefomgeving van bewoners te verbeteren. Je bent zichtbaar op de vloer, stuurt circa 30 medewerkers aan en zorgt voor warmte, veiligheid en kwaliteit.
Je hebt een HBO-diploma in zorg of sociaal domein en relevante leiderschapservaring. Je vertaalt plannen naar concrete acties, stimuleert ontwikkeling en bewaakt processen zodat bewoners en collega's zich gezien en gesteund voelen.
