After School Club Manager

Cubitt Town Primary School, Manchester Rd, London E14 3NE

15 hours per week on a term time contract with the opportunity to work up to 40 hrs per week during our holiday clubs if desired

Monday to Friday – 3 pm to 6 pm

Term Time

Up to £13.50 per hour

The ideal candidate will have Management & Team leading experience and able to demonstrate a real passion for working with children

At Junior Adventures Group we are on the lookout for a happy, enthusiastic and passionate Club Manager who is committed to developing and nurturing other team members, as well as our children. You'd be joining the UK's leading provider of children's wraparound care offering a range of roles in our Breakfast, After School and Holiday Clubs!

• Lead a passionate team, managing, directing and supporting staff in their delivery of a safe and effective programme, while ensuring team members are motivated and happy.
• Communicate and engage effectively with staff, parents, the school or host leisure centre and Central Operations.
• Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for children while inspiring them to explore their interests.
• Plan, supervise and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm, covering multi sports, games, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play.
• Be proactive, responsible and follow procedures, implementing protocols and policies with team members.
• Bring energy, excitement and enthusiasm, creating unexpected experiences that delight participants.
• Bring authenticity and flexibility, allowing unique talents and skills to shine.
