Salary: £38,000 - £43,000

Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Job Summary
We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated fire door surveyor to join our client’s team. In this role, you’ll be inspecting fire doors across various high end commercial sites in London
Key Responsibilities
* Inspect fire doors across commercial and residential buildings to ensure compliance and safety.
* Assess door condition, hardware, seals, frames, and functionality.
* Identify issues, document findings, and recommend maintenance, repairs, or replacements.
* Test doors for proper operation, including closing and latching performance.
* Maintain accurate inspection records and stay up to date with fire door regulations.
* Advise clients and building owners on fire door maintenance and upgrades.
Requirements
* 3 years’ experience in a similar position
* Right to work in the UK
