Annual salary: up to £38,703.26 per annum.

Full Time Permanent.

Salary is inclusive of company van, fuel card and on‑call rota (1‑5 weeks, 42.5 hours per week, 8‑5 Monday‑Friday).

• Carry out day‑to‑day responsive repairs across occupied social housing properties.
• Painting full rooms including ceilings, walls, doors and pipework.
• Patch repairs, plasterboard installation, skimming and hole repairs; dot and dab for securing plasterboard.
• General brick repairs, pointing and minor concrete works.
• Cleaning and treating mould‑affected areas.
• Installing bath panels, skirting boards, kitchen cabinets, boxing in pipework, and banisters.
• Wall tiling in bathrooms and kitchens.
• Removal and replacement of silicone in bathrooms.
• Reinstating grass areas and reseeding.
• Minor plumbing repairs including drainage, unblocking sinks and ball valve replacements.
• Ensuring all repairs are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Reporting any further works, safeguarding concerns or property issues beyond scope.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working in residents' homes.
• Accurately record job details, materials used and completion notes using handheld devices or job sheets.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working order.
• Manage daily workload efficiently to meet service level targets.

• Proven experience in domestic repairs and maintenance.
• Core trade in Carpentry or Plumbing.
• Experience in Plastering, Tiling, Decorating, Mould Wash and Ground Works.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Capacity to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills, with experience working in occupied homes.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations and safe working practices.
• Ability to use handheld devices or job management systems to record work.
