Multi-skilled Operative
Annual salary: up to £38,703.26 per annum.

Full Time Permanent.
Salary is inclusive of company van, fuel card and on‑call rota (1‑5 weeks, 42.5 hours per week, 8‑5 Monday‑Friday).
Responsibilities- Carry out day‑to‑day responsive repairs across occupied social housing properties.
- Painting full rooms including ceilings, walls, doors and pipework.
- Patch repairs, plasterboard installation, skimming and hole repairs; dot and dab for securing plasterboard.
- General brick repairs, pointing and minor concrete works.
- Cleaning and treating mould‑affected areas.
- Installing bath panels, skirting boards, kitchen cabinets, boxing in pipework, and banisters.
- Wall tiling in bathrooms and kitchens.
- Removal and replacement of silicone in bathrooms.
- Reinstating grass areas and reseeding.
- Minor plumbing repairs including drainage, unblocking sinks and ball valve replacements.
- Ensuring all repairs are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Reporting any further works, safeguarding concerns or property issues beyond scope.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working in residents' homes.
- Accurately record job details, materials used and completion notes using handheld devices or job sheets.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working order.
- Manage daily workload efficiently to meet service level targets.
- Proven experience in domestic repairs and maintenance.
- Core trade in Carpentry or Plumbing.
- Experience in Plastering, Tiling, Decorating, Mould Wash and Ground Works.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Capacity to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, with experience working in occupied homes.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations and safe working practices.
- Ability to use handheld devices or job management systems to record work.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
