£33,000 to £40,000 DOE + Overtime + Van (which can be used for private use) + Holidays + Bank Holidays + Call Out 1 in 4 Weekends

8AM - 6PM Monday to Friday with flexibility

Service Engineer required for a well-established and growing company that provides and services coffee machines for a wide range of reputable companies. Comprehensive training on their products is offered.

Candidates must transfer from a coffee machine servicing background and demonstrate strong electrical skills in both 3‑phase and single‑phase systems, with basic mechanical skills considered. Bean‑to‑cup machinery knowledge is required.

The role involves working an allocated service route, attending customer sites to carry out service, repair and installation work. The candidate will complete service documentation and maintain stock levels.

The company services every major type of coffee machine, has built a brand associated with quality and professionalism.

• Installation and maintenance of coffee machines at customer sites
• Planned maintenance and reactive breakdown work
• Field service in and around Ilford, London and the surrounding areas
• Monday to Friday with requirement to work some overtime and 1 in 4 weekends within an on-call rota basis

• Electrical/Mechanical service experience
• Transfer from a coffee machine service/repair background (ideal)
• Experience with both 3‑phase and single‑phase systems
• Must have bean‑to‑cup machinery knowledge
