A respected name within the Water Treatment industry is recruiting for an Equipment Engineer to join their successful team. Our client is a privately-owned outfit, who pride themselves on their professionalism and high service standards. They are seeking someone who would integrate well into their team, and will hit the ground running. Ideally, you will be based with good access to the M25, for easier travel across client sites, including: commercial, public sector and infrastructure premises.

• Strong track record working as a Water Treatment Equipment Engineer
• Robust technical knowledge, including: HSG 274 and ACOP L8 legislation
• It would be advantageous to hold plumbing qualifications (i.e. NVQ, Diploma and G3 Unvented)
• Ideally will have electrical experience / qualifications
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
• Proficient using IT software
• Hardworking attitude

• Installing water softeners and reverse osmosis systems
• Fitting cooling tower and chemical dosing equipment
• Connecting control panels and associated electrical works
• Pipework installations and adjustments (including PVC)
• Diagnosing faults on existing systems
• Making appropriate recommendations for remedial works
• Interpreting from schematics / blueprints
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, answering technical queries and providing general support
• Keeping accurate records of works undertaken
