We are recruiting a Childrens Residential Support Worker for a temp to perm opportunity within a childrens residential home in Ilkeston, supporting vulnerable children and young people with learning difficulties.

This Childrens Residential Support Worker role offers the opportunity to work with a specialist provider delivering high-quality residential care. The Childrens Residential Support Worker will support children with learning difficulties, emotional needs, and daily living skills within a structured residential environment.

As a Childrens Residential Support Worker, you will provide consistent, child-centred support within a residential setting. Experience working with children in a residential home is desirable, however candidates with relevant transferable experience will also be considered.

This Childrens Residential Support Worker position offers a temp to perm pathway, full training provided, the opportunity to enrol on the Childrens Residential Level 3 qualification, and clear progression opportunities for ambitious candidates.
