Manpower is excited to be recruiting for a signage operative for our client based in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. Salary: £30,000.

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Signage All‑Rounder to join a busy and growing signage company based in Ilkeston. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys both the production side of signage and hands‑on installation work out on site. The successful candidate will be involved in preparing projects in‑house as well as assisting with installations across a range of signage projects.

• Preparing and manufacturing signage projects in‑house
• Operating signage production equipment (e.g., router and laser)
• Vinyl application / partial wrapping experience (training in house)
• Assisting with signage installations on customer sites
• Working from briefs and ensuring high‑quality standards
• Supporting the team with day‑to‑day production and fitting duties

• Previous experience within the signage industry 5 years or more
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Hands‑on and practical approach
• Good attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence
• Reliable, flexible, and willing to work on‑site when required
