Sellick Partnership is currently assisting in the recruitment of a Roofers Labourer for a social housing organisation on an ongoing basis.

The Roofers Labourer will be assisting a roofer carrying out repairs on our properties daily.

Duties of the Roofers Labourer:

• Replacing and the re-grouting of wall and floor tiles
• Remove and re-apply silicone sealer and associated beading to any areas
• Apply anti fungicidal wash and anti-condensation paint
• Core drilling of walls, and the installation of ventilation plates and cavity air vents
• General clearance of debris, removal of waste and cleansing of properties
• The installation of loft insulation to include relocation of customer belongings
• General labouring duties to include driving, deliveries, clearance and ground works
• Working at heights

Requirements of the Roofers Labourer:

• Experience in Labouring/ Handy Person works
• Driving licence (preferred, but not essential)
• Ability to undertake DBS check and Asbestos Awareness Certificate
