• Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting with accurate financial data and insights.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
• Analyze operating results, expenses, and margins to provide management with actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and strengthen internal control processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounting function.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and other departments to ensure alignment between financial and business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Net Suite, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Salary: $95,000 – $105,000, commensurate with experience.
