Job Title: Corporate Controller
Location: Rosemont, IL (Hybrid)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire
Pay Range: $170,000 - $180,000 base salary plus 20% bonus
Benefits: Annual incentive and a benefits package to all full‑time employees including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan match, health savings accounts, etc.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop internal control policies and procedures
- Prepare budgets
- Assist with tax and audit
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting
- CPA preferred
- 10+ years in leadership accounting role
- Strong manufacturing experience
- M&A Experience, Systems Implementation, Private Equity experience preferred
