Audit Manager

We are seeking an experienced auditor to join our team as an Audit Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for running the audit side of our business, which primarily consists of nonprofit organizations and non complex audit clients. This will involve conducting audits, reviews, compilations, and tax work for a variety of clients. As the Audit Manager, you will oversee projects from start to completion, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Right now the role is more of a job sharing as we have someone in the position that would like to scale back so a great opportunity to learn and work along side the current person.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing to be able to see non complex engagements from start to finish with limited involvement of the owner/President. There is upside in this role to grow the team. We offer a super flexible work environment and awesome team.

Ideally you may be someone that wants to intially scale back if working full time now. Tax experience a strong plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of audit experience
• Experience in nonprofit auditing is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
