Accountant, Tax Accountant, Bookkeeper​/ Accounting Clerk

We are a CPA Firm with an opening in our West Dundee office for a full‑time, in‑office Accountant. We work with our staff to provide a work‑life balance. For more than 44 years, we have served as a trusted partner to our clients.

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual compilation financial statements using Accounting CS and Quick Books Desktop and Online.
• Client interaction, working with individuals and small/medium‑sized businesses in all areas of accounting, tax and compliance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills in a fast‑paced environment with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality in all work products.

• Accounting degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years bookkeeping/accounting experience in a professional financial service or accounting environment.
• Experience preparing business, individual, and Trust tax returns.
• Experience with tax and accounting software packages;
  Ultra Tax, Accounting CS, and Quick Books Desktop and Online.
• Experience in payroll and sales tax preparation and review.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
