Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Accounting Specialist positions in Mettawa, IL. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing membership cancellation requests in Oracle, SFDC and updating the cancellation tracker as per timelines.

  • Maintaining member files in shared drives.

  • Processing agreement changes in Sales Optima, SFDC & Oracle.

  • Processing FBC+ cancellation requests. Handling member enquiries about cancellation, billings and refunds.

  • Processing member refunds, while ensuring accuracy

Requirements:

  • 2+ year experience in general accounting using Quick Books/Oracle/Excel

  • Accounts Receivables/Payables

  • Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills

  • Strong customer service orientation

Pay Details: $21.13 per hour
