Description
We are a CPA Firm with an opening in our West Dundee office for a full-time, in-office Accountant. We work with our staff to provide a work‑life balance. For more than 44 years, we have served as a trusted partner to our clients.
Responsibilities- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual compilation financial statements using Accounting CS and Quick Books Desktop and Online.
- Client interaction, working with individuals and small/medium‑sized businesses in all areas of accounting, tax and compliance.
- Strong communication, organizational and technical skills in a fast‑paced environment with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality in all work products.

Qualifications- Accounting degree is required.
- Minimum 2 years bookkeeping/accounting experience in a professional financial service or accounting environment.
- Experience preparing business, individual and Trust tax returns.
- Experience with tax and accounting software packages;
Ultra Tax, Accounting CS and Quick Books Desktop and Online. - Experience in payroll and sales tax preparation and review.
- Strong organizational and computer skills.
