SSC Accounting Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee the process of the month‑end close to ensure reporting is delivered by deadlines.
• Perform financial analysis and ensure accounts are reconciled, journal entries approved.
• Participate in the development of accounting procedures to improve efficiency and control over financial reporting.
• Compile information for regulatory requirements and audits.
• Work with external auditors to provide requests and ensure understanding or risks tested to complete the audit efficiently.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting within financial statements.
• Ensure internal controls are followed in accordance with policy.
• Review and institute ways to streamline processes across the region to reduce workload.
• Manage accounting team.

• Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Large ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics or Microsoft AX is a plus.
• Understanding of accounting and financial processes including risk and financial controls.
• Management of staff – at least 5 years.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• 7+ years of experience.

The expected pay range for this role is $ to $ annually. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
