$110,000 – $140,000 + bonus

• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and month‑end close activities
  Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes
  Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting standards
  Partner with leadership to support strategic decision‑making and business initiatives
  Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  Progressive accounting and finance experience with leadership responsibilities
  Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles
  CPA, MBA, or related certification is a plus
