We are seeking an experienced HNW Tax Manager/Senior Manager to join our growing tax practice. This individual will oversee tax compliance and planning engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor a team of staff and senior associates. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Salary: $120,000 - $220,000 per year
- Manage and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and estate tax returns
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Research and resolve complex tax issues, staying current on federal, state, and local tax law changes
- Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff and senior associates; provide performance feedback
- Manage engagement budgets, timelines, and staffing to ensure efficient workflow
- Identify opportunities for additional client services and support business development efforts
- Liaise with tax authorities on notices, audits, and inquiries as needed
- Collaborate with partners and other department leaders on firm initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required;
Master's in Taxation a plus - CPA license required (active and in good standing)
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive tax experience in public accounting
- Strong technical knowledge of individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary taxation
- Prior experience managing client relationships and supervising staff
- Proficiency with tax preparation and research software (e.g., CCH Axcess, Pro System fx, or similar)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines simultaneously
