Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Clerk
- Match invoices, bills, freight invoices, and proof-of-delivery documentation for accurate processing.
- Enter order information and generate customer invoices within the system.
- Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies with training provided.
- Review high volumes of documentation while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support billing activities and fulfillment-related administrative processes.
Qualifications for the Accounting Clerk
- Experience with invoice processing, billing, or administrative accounting support preferred.
- Willingness to learn SAP, Concur, and Dynamics 365 systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review documentation accurately.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, process-driven environment.
