About the role

The Administrative Assistant I provides general administrative business support and assists the Executive Assistant to the CEO/CFO as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answer and route phone calls to appropriate parties.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Manage inventory and office supplies.
  • Perform general administrative duties.
  • Read and route incoming mail, attaching appropriate files.
  • Screen telephone calls; arrange conference calls.
  • Coordinate manager schedule and make appointments.
  • Welcome scheduled visitors and direct them to appropriate area or person.
  • Conduct research and compile statistical reports.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve facilities, and record/transcribe minutes.
  • Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and multi‑tasking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business or professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations.
  • Ability to write reports and/or business correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and other employees.
