Meyer Utility Structures is searching for an Administrative Assistant for our Clinton, IL plant. The Administrative Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks supporting multiple departments across the plant, providing comprehensive support to accounting/finance, quality and supply chain. The successful candidate will also coordinate information and activities with internal team members, third parties, vendors and/or customers.
This position involves data entry, document management, and coordination of paperwork related to incoming raw materials, job/production entry. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable navigating both office and plant floor environments.

What You’ll Do:- Perform general administrative duties and support for plant departments such as accounting/finance, quality control, supply chain, etc.
- Enter data related to incoming raw materials and completed product production into the designated digital system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Scan and digitally file operational documents, maintaining an organized and accessible digital filing system.
- Daily updates:
Power BI, schedule printing, daily production. - Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience with data entry and working in digital systems; ability to learn new software platforms as needed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of accuracy.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
