Pride Staff -  - Responsibilities:
Process customer purchase orders and accurately enter order information into the MIE system;
Review orders for completeness and follow up on discrepancies or missing information as needed;
Manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions, including order receipt, processing, and issue resolution;
Update customer portals with shipment details, delivery information, order status updates, and other required documentation;
Monitor order activity and ensure customer information is maintained accurately and up to date
