The Shipping/Receiving Clerk is responsible for the performance of a variety of data-entry tasks, such as recording and keeping records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, data-entry, report development and generation, scheduling, filing and internal and external customer communications. The Shipping/Receiving Clerk is responsible for auditing product and reporting any errors to the Quality Assurance Warehouse Manager. Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills are needed.

-Sort and file receiving and shipping documentation.
-Generate sales orders, packing slips and BOL's as required, into Sage 100 etc.
-Generate and submit invoice documentation daily.
-Collect and input data, to track on-time delivery performance.
-Post daily of inbound receiving and notify of inbound freight to assigned production Manager.
-Provide general office/warehouse support such as file maintenance, distributing reports, answering phones, etc.
-Schedule of outside carriers as required.
-Provide support for the Production department with a focus on shipping/receiving, and material movement efficiencies, and the development of process improvements.
-Assist with physical inventory as required.
-Perform other clerical tasks as required.
-Comply with all Bridgeway policies, guidelines and procedures.
-Serve as a positive role model, demonstrating consideration for others and responsibility toward assigned duties.
-Maintain the rights of confidentiality for each person.
-Demonstrate courtesy, cooperation, integrity, and respect in relationship with others both internally and externally and support the organization's mission and values.
Minimum requirements include a High School diploma/GED and one (1) year of experience involved in performing work in a warehouse/clerical environment that requires the use of various warehouse/clerical practices. Must be able to become Forklift certified through Bridgeway. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and meet company insurability standards by having a good driving record. Employment with Bridgeway is conditional upon completion of all background checks.
