Operations Assistant, FIRST SHIFT

Location:

Spring Valley, IL

Shift: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday

Job Type: Full-Time

Targeted Compensation: $18–$22 per hour

Pay Range: 31,616.00 – 47,424.00 annually

• Process inbound materials and prepare warehouse receiving reports
• Verify sales order completion and ensure timely processing
• Coordinate outbound shipments and plan truck routes
• Manage shipping documents such as manifests, packing lists, and bills of lading
• Schedule appointments for inbound deliveries
• Assist with inventory checks and maintain accurate records
• Scan and manage electronic Material Test Reports

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent data entry and math skills
• Sharp attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
