Job Description
Country Financial - Jason Woodside Agency is backed by a company with over 100 years of history and a strong reputation in insurance and financial services. Our local agency has been here since 1992, built on relationships, trust, and personalized guidance. We operate in a client-focused environment with frequent walk-ins and daily customer interaction. Our office plays a critical role in supporting clients with everything from payments to coverage questions.
We value reliability, professionalism, and the ability to take ownership of responsibilities in a small, community-driven setting. Employees here love the flexible hours, the great pay, and the ability to make a difference in their community.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll manage customer interactions, process payments, handle policy changes, and keep the office running efficiently. The right person is highly organized, tech‑savvy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while delivering a professional and welcoming client experience.
This role offers flexibility, stability, and the opportunity to build a long‑term career within the insurance and financial services industry.
