Executive Assistant

In this position, you will be responsible for document management, report preparation, systematization of information needed by the manager, and task control. You will also organize meetings, take care of the agenda, and help ensure the manager's effective work time and smooth team collaboration. The position is 0.5 FTE.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Document management, report preparation;
  • Collection and summarization of information needed by the manager;
  • Control of tasks assigned by the manager to subordinates;
  • Organization of meetings;
  • Adjustment of the manager's agenda, ensuring effective time planning.

We Expect That:
  • Higher or higher secondary university education;
  • Good computer skills (MS Office);

Salary:

704 € (gross, excluding taxes). The final remuneration is negotiated individually, taking into account the candidate's experience.
