REPORTS TO: Energy Department Manager STATUS: Non-Exempt
SALARY RANGE: $20-$25/hour depending on experience
Purpose and Summary StatementProvides administrative support for Energy Department staff and salespeople. Duties include wEBS administration and support, general clerical, and project-based work. Projects a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
Essential Job Functions- Answer telephones, provide appropriate customer service or direct to appropriate salesperson/staff member.
- Responsible for contract preparation and administration.
- Prepare and maintain accurate lease records.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of appropriate software.
- Support staff in assigned project-based work both in a team-oriented environment and independently.
- Utilizes organization, time-management and problem-solving skills to perform work efficiently and effectively.
- Cross-trains and serves as backup for other administrative positions as assigned.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof, and 1 year or more of administrative work experience to demonstrate knowledge of professional communication skills, typing proficiency and Microsoft Office programs.
- Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to work extended hours when necessary.
- Ability to travel independently and overnight.
- Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
