Utilize Agvance software to complete purchase orders, sales tickets, and charge slips;
Enter information into computer using Excel, Word, and Outlook;
Prepare invoices including items sold, amounts due, credit terms, and dates of shipment;
Prepare credit memorandums for returns or incorrect billing;
Balance and reconcile cash receipts including bank deposits
