Main ResponsibilitiesPrimary duties include: providing telephone and in-person reception, managing schedules, welcoming patients and informing them about appointment possibilities and examination procedures, advising and informing patients on administrative procedures (basic medical information, dossier preparation, form completion, etc.), managing difficult and urgent reception situations, identifying emergencies and prioritizing, transmitting the contact details of on-call or on-duty medical staff, identifying and cataloging the needs and expectations of patients and families, developing, adapting, and optimizing the work schedule, appointment, and visit planning, keeping up-to-date medical and administrative patient records (paper and computerized), filing, and archiving, handling medical mail (sorting, franking, etc.),
completing medical administrative documents for the healthcare facility (preparation of reports, statistics, etc.), collecting medical fees (if necessary), occasionally writing medical reports, handling disputes with organizations such as CPAM, updating display boards. Occasional duties (in replacement): managing stocks and administrative and medical supplies, organizing multi-professional meetings, managing the cleaning team in the absence of the responsible coordinator.
Skills:
proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) - computer literacy, medical terminology, medical acts nomenclature, dictation techniques with a voice recorder, filing and archiving methods, writing ability, basic database management (medical software), desirable proficiency in foreign languages, team leadership.

Education:
diploma of Bac + 2 in secretarial work or medico-social sciences. Minimum of 2 years of experience required. Recruitment as soon as possible.
