Role DescriptionThe Administrative Assistant Project Coordinator is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Barrington, IL. This role supports project management activities by organizing documentation, tracking timelines, and coordinating communication among internal teams, vendors, and clients. Daily responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, maintaining project files, and assisting with budgeting and status updates. The position also involves handling phone and email inquiries, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing general office support to keep projects running smoothly.
