Role Description The Business Administrator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lebanon, IL. This role is responsible for supporting daily business operations, including managing administrative workflows, organizing project documentation, and maintaining accurate records. The Business Administrator will assist with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and supporting budget reporting, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely communication and task completion.
They will handle correspondence with clients and vendors, prepare reports, and support management with scheduling, meeting coordination, and data entry. The position requires consistent attention to detail, the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, and a commitment to maintaining efficient office operations in a fast-paced construction environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Business Administration and Business Management to support day-to-day operations and project workflows.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills and basic Finance knowledge to assist with tracking expenses, interpreting data, and preparing reports.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), data entry, and document management systems.
- High level of organization, accuracy, and time management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Previous experience in construction, roofing, or a related industry is preferred but not required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
