Location: Township of Schaumburg
Bethel Baptist Church in Schaumburg, IL, seeks an organized part-time Administrative Assistant – Events & Rentals to coordinate facility rentals, church-wide events, and ministry logistics. You will manage calendars, volunteers, contracts, and communications to ensure events run smoothly and building usage is optimized.
You will support Kids Ministry, Awana, and Teen Ministry, and train others on church-management tools such as MyBBC; weekend availability for major events may be required.
