Role DescriptionThe Service Operations Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Elburn, IL. The role involves overseeing daily service operations to ensure efficiency, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include dispatching and supervising service team activities, maintaining service schedules, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring the service department meets performance targets.
Qualifications- Experience in customer service, team management, and operational coordination
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using service scheduling and reporting tools is a plus
- Prior experience in the automotive service industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field is preferred
