As a General Service Technician (GST), you'll begin in an entry‑level position and be responsible for professionally servicing our guests' vehicles to ensure top‑notch quality work and exceptional guest experience. Through our training program, you'll receive certification and expertise in all services we offer.
How You Will Drive Success- Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
- Demonstrate excellent guest service, including clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and presentable service center.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid‑level automotive technicians.
- Check and communicate oil level with teammates.
- Ensure proper tire pressure and inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
- Perform vehicle inspections, install new oil drain plugs and filters, and clean and lubricate fittings.
- Document all work performed on the repair order.
- Report safety issues immediately to management.
- Adhere strictly to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
- Perform manual tasks for extended periods (light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, squatting).
- At least 3 months of customer‑facing experience (e.g., retail, food service, hospitality).
- Minimum age 18 and legal U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
- Previous automotive experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
- Strong communication skills with guests and teammates.
- Positive, independent motivation, dependable, and team‑player attitude.
- Responsible and detail‑oriented with decision‑making capability.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods on hard surfaces, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, and squat.
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes.
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
- Commitment to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
