Baum Chevrolet Buick is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who wants more than just their next job. We offer an established customer base, consistent service volume, an experienced team of technicians, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with a family-owned dealership.
Our Service Advisors have meaningful responsibility and authority to manage their customers and repair orders from write-up through vehicle delivery. This includes communicating with customers and technicians, presenting repair and maintenance recommendations, obtaining approvals, monitoring repair progress, and keeping customers informed. We believe in thoroughly presenting needed services without using high-pressure sales tactics.
What We're Looking ForAutomotive service advising experience is strongly preferred, whether from a franchised dealership, independent repair facility, tire/service center, or similar operation.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and follow-through
- Initiative, energy, and a sense of urgency
- Professionalism and sound judgment
- Computer proficiency and solid typing skills
- A stable employment history and interest in a long- term career
While experience is strongly preferred, we will consider an exceptional candidate with a strong customer service background, the right aptitude, and the ability to learn the automotive business quickly.
Compensation & BenefitsExpected earning potential: $60,000–$90,000+, based on experience and performance.

ScheduleMonday: 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Tuesday–Friday: 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
One-hour lunch.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, high school diploma or GED, computer proficiency, and ability to pass required background check and drug screening.
