Automotive Service Advisor

Blain's Farm & Fleet is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the main connection between our customers and the service shop. In this on-site role, you'll greet guests, listen to vehicle concerns, create accurate repair orders, and clearly explain recommended services and costs. You'll coordinate with technicians and parts to keep work flowing smoothly, update customers on status, and review completed work and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Greet automotive service customers and understand their needs
• Write repair orders and translate customer concerns for technicians
• Provide accurate service estimates, pricing, and timelines
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
• Coordinate workflow between customers, parts, and service technicians
• Communicate status updates and explain completed work to customers
• Process payments, warranties, and service documentation
• Promote store services, specials, and loyalty programs
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization in the service area
• Support team goals and uphold Blain's Farm & Fleet customer service standards
