Osmer Enterprises is seeking an Automotive Technician to join its family-owned independent repair shop. The position pays $18.00-$22.00 per hour and offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends. Technicians work primarily on Domestic and Asian vehicles in a heated and air-conditioned three-bay shop with steady workflow and support from a dedicated Service Advisor.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general automotive maintenance and repair on primarily Domestic and Asian vehicles, with occasional light European maintenance
- Complete brake, suspension, tire, and wheel alignment repairs and services
- Perform oil changes and factory maintenance services
- Diagnose and repair common vehicle concerns within the scope of the shop's general repair work
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) using Tekmetric
- Road test vehicles before and after repairs as appropriate
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with towing operations occasionally when additional support is needed
- Approximately 3-5 years of automotive repair experience preferred
- Ability to perform general maintenance and repair work with minimal supervision at the B-Level, or strong foundational repair skills at the C-Level
- Experience with brakes, suspension, tires, and wheel alignments
- Digital Vehicle Inspection experience is helpful but not required; training is available
- Electrical and drivability diagnostic experience is a plus
- ASE Certifications are welcomed, with certification reimbursement available

The heated and air-conditioned three-bay facility includes three lifts and an alignment rack, while the Service Advisor handles estimates, parts ordering, and customer communication so technicians can focus on vehicle service and repair.
As a NAPA Auto Care Center, ATI shop, and AAA towing provider, Osmer Enterprises also provides access to ATI technical training and ASE certification reimbursement.
