Honda Journeyman Technician

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Honda vehicles, including diagnostics, electrical repairs, brake service, and mechanical repairs.
• Use diagnostic equipment and repair tools to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical concerns.
• Complete thorough vehicle inspections and recommend needed repairs or maintenance.
• Perform repairs and replacements according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding repair findings, recommendations, and time estimates.
• Document work performed accurately and follow dealership policies and procedures.
• Stay current with Honda technical bulletins, training, and evolving automotive technology.

• 3–5 years of automotive technician experience, preferably with Honda vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
• Comfort using Honda-specific diagnostic equipment and repair tools.
• ASE certification or equivalent technical training preferred.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

$35 - $45 an hour

Salary is based on experience and performance - there are opportunities for bonuses and or commissions.
