Senior Promotions Planner

Position Responsibilities:

Assist leadership in making critical promotions decisions by analyzing and consolidating data to present on customer calls or to help with execution.
Act as a leader and mentor within the promotions planning team, providing support and guidance to fellow planners and leaders to foster professional development and team cohesion
Prepare key performance indicator (KPI) analyses and internal feedback for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making
Synthesize and share key learnings from promotional events for external and internal use
Lead presentations to the leadership team on topics such as team performance, process improvements, and cross-functional learnings, driving strategic alignment
Identify reporting gaps and propose enhancements for Power BI /JDE tools to improve data visibility and usability for promotions planning processes
Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree and 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma and 7 plus years of specific experience
