Responsibilities
- Purchase requisition, purchase order submission and monitoring
- Receive materials into the system
- Code invoices properly and monitor for approvals
- Analyze data, identify anomalies, and resolve issues related to vendor payments and invoicing
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with others to document and resolve issues
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Maximo and/or Oracle experience
- Candidate will need to report to clients Naperville office in person every week Tuesday & Thursday.
