Product manager – SaaS & user experience

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management, particularly within industrial equipment or similar sectors.
• Deep understanding of dryer and conditioning technologies and their applications.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing intricate projects.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement the global product strategy for dryer and conditioning products, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market dynamics.
• Oversee new product development projects, collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales teams from ideation to launch.
• Conduct market research to pinpoint customer requirements, analyze the competitive landscape, and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including enhancements, pricing models, and end-of-life considerations.
• Work closely with regional teams to customize product offerings for local markets while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Track product performance and customer feedback, making improvements as necessary.
• Prepare and present reports on product performance, forecasts, and strategic plans to upper management.
