About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Buyer / Purchasing professional to support a growing electronics‑focused organization. This role plays a key part in sourcing and procurement activities that support advanced technology initiatives and new product introductions. You will work closely with engineering, supply chain, and cross?functional stakeholders to ensure timely, cost?effective purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze market conditions and delivery systems to assess current and future material availability
- Develop and implement purchasing and contract management policies and procedures
- Identify, evaluate, and engage suppliers to determine product availability, pricing, and terms
- Negotiate contracts and support supplier relationships
- Review purchase orders and contracts to ensure compliance with internal policies
- Support RFQ creation, distribution, and analysis
- Provide data analytics related to pricing, historical volumes, and forecasting
- Assist buyers and engineering teams with new product introduction (NPI) projects
- Resolve pricing and purchase order discrepancies as needed
- Supporting a team of buyers with procurement‑related analytics and reporting
- Analyzing RFQ responses and supplier pricing
- Collaborating with engineering and supply chain partners
- Working with Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to support data‑driven decisions
- 8?person, collaborative procurement team

- Regular interaction with cross?functional teams including Engineering and Supply Chain
Required Experience & Education
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (internship experience accepted)
