Orion Group is hiring for our pharmaceutical client’s International Customer Excellence PMO team supporting a high-visibility global Salesforce CRM transition within a matrixed pharmaceutical environment. This role will support planning, governance, stakeholder alignment, and change adoption efforts for a large-scale CRM implementation impacting international commercial and marketing teams. The ideal candidate brings strong PMO discipline, cross-functional coordination experience, and exposure to CRM implementation or migration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Support planning, coordination, and execution of the Salesforce CRM transition across international affiliates
- Assist in stakeholder alignment, project tracking, and governance reporting across multiple regions and functions
- Execute PMO activities to ensure consistent project delivery, transparency, and risk mitigation
- Partner with commercial, marketing, IT, and regional teams to facilitate communication and milestone alignment
- Support change management and training initiatives to drive user adoption and successful transition
- Assist in tracking risks, dependencies, resource needs, and performance metrics across the CRM work streams
- Prepare project status updates, dashboards, and executive-level presentations for senior leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional workshops, town halls, and governance meetings to ensure alignment and delivery progress
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing matrixed, cross-functional, or global projects/programs (business transformation, CRM implementation, product launch, or strategic initiatives)
- Experience supporting CRM implementation or migration projects (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
English fluency required - Ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and global stakeholders
- Familiarity with PMO methodologies, governance frameworks, and reporting tools
- Pharmaceutical industry exposure is a plus, but not required
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
- Experience supporting international or global initiatives
- Understanding of data migration, user adoption strategy, and change management best practices
- Experience preparing executive‑level reporting and presentations

The PMO contractor will help ensure governance, transparency, and strong stakeholder alignment throughout the transition.
