We secure and manage commercial contracts and partner with skilled independent contractors to perform the work. We handle the sales, client communication, billing, and collections - so you can focus on doing what you do best.

We are looking for established Independent Contractors to service our commercial clients in the South Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana region. If you have a structured business providing professional window washing services and want steady, recurring work without chasing new contracts or unpaid invoices, this may be a strong fit.

This is for serious operators with a legal entity - not hobbyists.

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning (required)
• Ability to staff and manage accounts reliably
• Professional cleaning equipment and supplies (or ability to obtain)
• General liability insurance (required)
• Workers' compensation coverage (as applicable)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and accountability
• Commitment to quality, consistency, and professionalism
• Capacity to take on recurring accounts
• Experience with medical, office, or institutional facilities (preferred)
• Ability to perform inspections and maintain quality control (preferred)
