Job Description

The Incentive Compensation Operations Manager is a key strategic partner for all our Franchise sales forces when it comes to understanding the complexities of the Franchise Incentive Compensation Business rules and implementing them to ensure accurate and timely payouts and goals. The main purpose of the role is to provide operational support to the Commercial sales organization. The sales incentive operations team provides the overall strategy, direction, operational processes, resources, and tools that enable appropriate sales crediting to the sales teams.

This includes providing support to existing franchises as well as supporting new product launches and new indications.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Incentive Compensation Operations: responsible for leading and driving the sales crediting process based on the business rules of the franchise, including data sources, market definitions, alignments, filtering for on-label specialties [ABS], and the Best Address Process.
  • Drive data onboarding: understand the data needs of the Franchise and actively participate in the data onboarding process for any new data sources per the Franchise needs.
  • Understand various types of data sources and their granularity – Retail, Non-Retail, Patient, Direct, VA/DOD, chargeback, buy-and-bill, and implementation for IC.
  • Apply the Business Rules Repository (BRR) for implementation of crediting and QM business rules.
  • Perform statistically supported analytics: analyze data to ensure accuracy, confirm business rules are followed, and meet timelines.
  • Use analytical methodologies to analyze data, provide insights and recommendations.
  • Lead incentive data audit processes conducted quarterly and monthly for the Franchise.
  • Resolve inquiries and identify trends in incentive results, investigating and resolving issues.
  • Respond promptly to field sales inquiries and coordinate with sales, marketing, and internal departments.
  • Perform ad-hoc audits when needed during high workload periods.
  • Manage multiple complex projects, balancing short‑term and long‑term objectives, and ensuring project timelines are met.
  • Develop and deliver formal presentations to internal and field teams, including senior management and sales leadership.
  • Create communications including Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, Power

    BI, and Excel files.
Collaboration and Consulting
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams – MABI, commercial data management, BTS, and the Franchise vertical teams – to guide Franchise leaders on efficient processes for data validation and reporting.
  • Partner with the Field Tools team to provide guidance and insights on Franchise‑related data and business questions for accurate reporting.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks or priorities simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong project management, problem‑solving, consulting and analytical skills.
  • Strong customer and operations focus.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation within this range will depend on many factors, including geographic location, and may be increased or decreased.
