Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium Bauingenieurwesen (oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation)
- Erfahrung im Trockenbau und schlüsselfertigem Innenausbau
- Kaufmännisches Verständnis sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Fundierte Kenntnisse zeitgemäßer EDV-Programme
- Sicheres Auftreten und sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verhandlungsgeschick und ausgeprägte Eigenmotivation
- Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung von anspruchsvollen Projekten
- Teamfähigkeit und Projektmanagement
- Innenausbau für unsere Bauprojekte in Nordrhein-Westfalen (von Kalkulation und Arbeitsvorbereitung über die Ausführung bis zur Abrechnung)
- Zeit- und Kostenplanung der verantworteten Projekte
- Ansprechpartner für Zulieferer, Nachunternehmer und Auftraggeber
- Ausarbeitung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Verträgen
- Überwachung der Projekte hinsichtlich Einhaltung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität
