Position Overview:

As part of the talented Brunswick Boat Group team, you will play a key supporting role in the development and execution of strategic initiatives across the division. This entry-level role supports Boat Group's strategy by analyzing financial data, conducting market research, and contributing to fact-based insights that inform BBG leadership decision-making. The analyst will gain exposure to a broad range of strategic and financial topics while working cross-functionally across the organization.

Essential Functions:

* Gather, analyze, and synthesize financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making

* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business insights and recommendations

* Assist in the development of data-driven fact bases and executive-ready materials for leadership review

* Partner with division and functional teams to support data collection, analysis, and insight generation

* Contribute to cross-functional projects, including:

* Strategic planning

* Portfolio strategy and analysis

* Financial and business performance analysis

* Channel strategy and execution support

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Proficiency in Excel and Power Point

* Ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights

* Strong communication and collaboration skills

* Self-starter with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:

* Hybrid (in office 3x per week)

The anticipated hiring range for this position is $58,700- $92,700, annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
