Mission Manager

Leidos has multiple Mission Manager positions located in Northern Virginia. Candidates must obtain or have a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph examination and be willing to work a rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Coordinate, resource, and oversee the execution of persistent collection operations.
• Collaborate with in‑house and geographically dispersed teams to meet clearly defined collection objectives.
• Make complex, multi‑factor decisions under extreme stress and assess immediate and long‑term tactical implications.
• Communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in tactical ground operations, tactical air operations, and complex command and control tools and systems.
• Ability to operate in high to extreme stress environments.
• Minimum 6 years of Intelligence experience (LEO, FBI, USSS, etc.) or DoD experience.
• Valid driver’s license with Real .
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph (or ability to obtain).

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 8–12 years of full‑time professional experience.
• Master’s degree is highly desirable with 6–10 years of experience.

• Pay Range: $92,300.00 – $ (general guideline only).
