What will you do?
- Business planning and general management.
- Accountable for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
- Develops others:
Coaches for high performance / builds future capabilities / team development. - Ensure employees understand our vision, as well as support and reinforce client focused behaviours that contribute to CACEIS goals.
- Develop talent management & succession planning strategies that ensure we attract, retain and grow top talent at all levels in the organization.
- Provide support to Group Invoicing Management through regular and ad hoc communication.
- Provide support to client when expertise is required.
- Ensure collaborative relationship across jurisdictional, functional and cultural boundaries.
